Case Study

AlpStore aims at technical and economic integration of mobility and renewable energy supply with special respect to spatial development. Partners developed a transnational generic concept for planning and managing sustainable storage and mobility (STORM) to enable smart energy use and sustainable traffic.

The technical and economic integration of mobility and energy supply using mobile and stationary storages is a concept that has been implemented in multiple regional cells. In particular, each partner develop a masterplans. Decision makers of the involved regions receive a long term concept for their regional and municipal development plan. With many different types of regions being involved many other decision making and planning processes all over the Alpine Space can use these masterplans as blueprints.

Guidance for decision makers and practitioners in the Alpine Space are given based on valid information. The pilot implementations and simulations / emulations create reliability for the recommendations.

The evaluation process does not only identify formal progress and results, it also collects transferabel content and feeds it into the dissemination activities.

All the process is depicted in the picture here reported, moreover from the links below is possible to download the document for the EuroImpresa Pilot Action.
